I think, we must have insurance as we do sell stock content . Would you agree with that ?

In Portugal you must have insurance for drones above 900grams.

As for selling stock footage, I don't see how it's relevant. Agencies are not regulators to check if we have or not authorization to shoot.

I do agree with you. I mean here in UK they recommend to have insurance if you making money from this. I was thinking to get one, but have changed my mind. I don't earn that much anyway.

Do you need to have any qualifications to fly DJI Air 3 in Portugal ?
