The best drone for someone new into this hobby, are those that you can afford, but you need to make sure you are buying the decent once. As everyone says, "buy cheap, buy twice".
Obviously the best brand you should focus on is DJI. And I am not saying because I am getting paid or sponsoring them, I am saying it because I own 3 of their drones. And highly recommend as they have proven, reliability, security, and safety. These are the main things you should check when purchasing a drone.
So yes, DJI is covering all of them.
When buying a drone, you need to ask why you need it, to have fun, or maybe you are looking into photography.
For having fun, get a second had DJI drone, which should cost ยฃ250, you cannot go wring with that. If you want something for photography or videography, highly recommend checking drones that have obstacle avoidance.
Means, is very unlikely you will be crashing your drone.

Very advanced drone, with obstacle avoidance, great camera with 4k 120fps and good camera for photography.
