Why it's important to get good and expensive SD cards?
1. Speed Requirements (Read & Write Speeds)
• 4K video requires a high write speed to store large amounts of data without lag or dropped frames.
• Look for UHS Speed Class 3 (U3) or V30, V60, or V90 ratings for smooth 4K recording.
2. Avoiding Frame Drops & Corruption
• Slow or low-quality SD cards may cause dropped frames, glitches, or even corrupt video files.
3. Capacity (Storage Size)
• 4K/5K videos take up a lot of space (around 300MB–500MB per minute, depending on bitrate).
• A high-capacity card (128GB, 256GB, or more) is recommended for longer recordings.
4. Reliability & Durability
• Good SD cards are more durable and resistant to heat, water, and shocks—important for professional work.
• Cheaper cards may wear out quickly, leading to data loss.
5. Compatibility with Cameras & Devices
• Some cameras won’t support slow SD cards for 4K recording.
• Always check your camera’s recommended SD card specifications to avoid issues.
