DJI Mini 3Pro Blinking lights

Hi I have a DJI mini 3 pro and when I connect it to charge via cable It wing lights flashes red, yellow, red once each and it loops. Also charge light on too just first one flashes I left it for an hour to charge but nothing changed. Does anyone know what's the problem?

Is that the one you have received ?

Do you have the charging Hub as well ?

I would recommend the following:

• Try to charge with different cable type C, ideally fast charging. Use the one from newer IPhone models, works perfect for me.
• If you have charging Hub, try to charge the battery using the hub.
• Try different socket.
• If the battery is completely flat, you might leave this longer.
