Mostly video for me. I do some images but not a lot. 95% of the time I'm handcatching and launching my drones. In the video it's the air 3s that I launch at start and at the end you see me catching it.

Never had any issue's I'm doing this since I bought my first dji drone in 2017.

Turning off when you land is simple. Push downwards to land and keep it pushed down. once it lands then it cuts off power and only at that moment I let the stick loose.
I disable the sensors underneath by putting it in sportsmode

I need to try it. I do take off and land my mini 3 pro using hands. But the mini 3pro I just flip it upside down and turns off itself. Tried it with my air 2s, nearly cut my fingers

I never flip my drones to cut off the engine. Puts to much stress on the arms. Just let it land and keep the stick downwards. It shuts off as fast as flipping and that without stress for the arms.

It works great on mini drone, I mean flipping. You just need to be quick.

Yes indeed, the maxmimum I let a segment play is 7seconds and I even prefer less for the dynamic of the video. Everything what takes longer let's people loose there interest quicker.
