How many here are paying for DJI Care plan? Is it worth the money ?

I have never paid for this plan, or planning to pay. I know is not expensive, but having a bit of products from DJI, I see that as waste of money. I do fly careful to avoid crashes or loosing my drone.

I pay for it and find it useful, I've used it twice.
1. I was flying and some birds came to attack my drone and this was within the first two weeks of having it and so I decided to bring it in quickly, the thing I didn't realise was when the drone is facing you the controls are opposite, so while I'm afraid that the birds are going to crash my drone, I bring it in and flying forward and sideways I see that it is going to hit the clothes line so I fly sideways the other way and crash! I hit the tree on the other side(only 2 metres from the ground when it crashed but the gimbal had the gimbal stuck error code. So that was the first time I crashed my drone.

2. The next time I crashed.my drone was when 8 was flying fpv mode gimbal, and when I came to stop flying the drone didn't brake properly and kept drifting when I let the control sticks off, so I hit a bush and crashed and decided if the drone is not going to stop when it should then I should get it replaced.

I pay for it. I have never crashed a drone with over 2,500 flights but DJI has replaced a gimbal through the plan. It's worth it for the piece of mind.

Wow, well done in terms of flights. I like to fly carefully so I don’t pay the DJi care. I know it gives piece of mind. But then those money I ca buy some accessories for my drone.

Have you got brand new drone each time ?

You need to be careful, but again if you have care plan, you have that piece of mind that you will get new drone.
