Geofencing blocks really hampered people who legitimately needed to fly in certain areas and had already obtained national clearance.

Imagine being a rescuer and someone has gone missing and you have to send in a bunch of docs and wait to be approved before being able to fly.

Yeah, i do agree. But for such jobs they can use helicopters and people who already don’t need any permissions.
