In your opinion, what’s the best drone ever that DJI has released ?

I was thinking about air 2s
  • 5k video
  • 1 inch sensor which is good for photography
  • Available to use third party apps for mapping

Probably the Mini series, it's really mind-boggling how much technology goes into something which is so lightweight.

Air 2s is great but the single lens is a bit lacking imo. The number of times I had to get super close to a subject and risk disaster isn't worth it when I can be far away and use the 70mm instead that I have on the Air 3.

I do agree about mini drones . They are great little drones that can deliver high quality images. And yes, the technology in a drone that weight 249g is amazing.

Air 2s is more for landscape photography I would say. But you definitely need a zoom lens for doing wildlife or taking pictures of subjects that needs to be closer.

Would love to get air 3s or maybe new air drone that DJi will release again.

How comes it was such good drone? Better camera? They look a bit bulky to me.
Ooo wow a true 1” sensor 4k @ 60fps Ocusync it was a drone that was released in 2018 was a step up from my inspire 1 that came out in 2014 was the best of the best but once they released the x5 Olympus mount then the inspire 1 grew into a better drone but my phantom 4 pro v2 was shooting insane footage cause you could break it down into super slow-motion with great quality- like I said if I still had my phantom I would fly it - I thought the mavic 1 was going to be a hit but the sensor was not a full 1” like the P4P - I still fly my inspire tho it is still my goto to get butter smooth footage sometimes I will mix footage from my mp2 an my I1 just to give a little more composition to a client- I keep shopping for another P4P tho

I wasn't aware that Phantom drone was such a good drone. Would you compare any of current DJI drones to Phantom 4 Pro ? The air 2s has 1 inch sensor too, and shoots 5k 30fps which isn't bad.

No way the air can’t even stack up to the P4P can’t fly a air in 20+ mph winds where the phantom can handle it . an 5k @ 30 fps is ok but nothing on the market cause process 5k footage even YouTube compresses it so bad the footage is a washout back to 1080 - it’s hard enough doing 4k on my MacBook Pro M2 with i7 processor even my iPad Pro won’t do 5k that’s why when autel evo ll released there 6k drone became more of a issue then a good bird

Personally so far I’m happy with my air 2s. But because of its weight, I’m limited to locations where I can fly it.

I don’t shoot in 5k, because the technology of 5k is still not here. As you said, even YouTube is not supporting 5k videos yet. Maybe some TVs.

You have the same laptop as me. Powerful machine, but pricey .
