When you decide is time to upgrade the drone?

I upgraded from the Air 2s to the Air 3. I was quite happy with the 2s but really wanted the 70mm lens. Otherwise the drones are quite similar. Oh the RC controller is great on the Air 3 and was getting tired of looking at my mobile phone.

I probably won't upgrade for a long time, very happy with the Air 3.

To be honest, I was thinking to upgrade too. But decided not to.. Too many restrictions, and also I love the images quality from air 2s, plus it shoots 5.4k which is a good point. I don't often shoot in 5k anyway.

I can use the RC controller from Mini3Pro to connect to Air2s if I don't want to use my phone. But from my experience, the connection with original air 2s controller, gives you better connection range to the air 2s.

How is the quality of air3 70mm lens? Is this digital zoom, or proper quality lens?
